Art Work Requirements
For best results of your engraved or printed product, please send artwork in the following manner.
Vector Artwork
- a vector file can be easily resized, broken down or edited and the art work will not lose it's high resolution
1. save as .eps, .ai or .cdr files
2. if sending Mac files, save as Adobe Illustrator CS3 EPS.
3. all fonts should be converted to outlines or curves
Bitmap Artwork
-must be black and white, very clean, 300 dpi and saved as a tiff, bmp
JPEG Artwork
-are of very low resolution, cannot be edited or broken down to colour separate or resized without losing resolution
-print may not be satisfactory or will be of very low quality for sublimation
-modifications for engraving might not be possible
Art Work Services
-we provide modifications to artwork for a fee to make it useable in our process such as
1. scanning B/W & colour
2. redraw art work
3. file manipulation
4. design & setup

Order Information:
ALL information must be accurate, organized and complete (preferably typed) when placing the order wherever possible. This will help in meeting deadlines and prevent errors from occurring. Incomplete or changing information is a main cause of errors. Attention to the information provided helps us keep costs down and assists in maintaining our quality objectives.
Note that:
-product parts in the catalogues may not be available as shown in our present inventory and we reserve the right to substitute with similar inventoried parts
-all imprints on products are shown for illustrative purposes only
Pricing:
Pricing for services is provided on an order basis because of the variables in process and custom demands. Please contact us by phone, email or visit our showroom for accurate pricing information.
Proofs:
Proofs are provided on request and for award items including but not exclulsive to Glass, Acrylic, Crystal & Plaques. Delivery is dependent upon an approved (signed or emailed) proof, therefore promises on delivery will only be made once a proof is approved.
Rush Charges:
There may be a rush charge when production schedules have to be rearranged to accomodate a rush order. To avoid this please provide enough time to complete the order.
Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, MC, Debit, Company Cheques and Cash at the time of completion of the order. Custom orders may require a deposit.
Cancellations:
All costs incurred prior to order cancellations will be charged and paid by the client.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders such as third party promotional items will have requirements not listed above, these will be noted at the time of quoting where necessary.
Every attempt is made to provide the exact quantity ordered, however we reserve the right to under or over ship items up to 10% on all custom orders and to adjust the invoice accordingly.
